Our process begins by meeting with the client for an initial walk-through with the client to determine their wants and needs for the remodel and determining the scope. We prefer to provide an estimate based on all labor and construction materials; with the exception of fixtures, finishes, and color choices on important finishing materials. This allows clients to source and chose which items they prefer based on their own tastes and style – We are however happy to help take measurements and navigate the purchasing process for your needs. This approach provides what most clients find to be a good value, between a design/build/remodel firm with all services provided, or a single individual working on an hourly basis.
