Very few of our larger projects are completed by a single individual. Painting Specialist
Is sitting behind a desk not for you?
Do you prefer to be on your feet, active, and enjoy sunshine with fresh air?
Join us as we work to make some of the greatest homes in Milwaukee look their absolute best, inside and out.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
– High school diploma is required
– Previous professional painting experience strongly preferred (but not always required)
– Ability to clean jobsite equipment and power tools daily as needed is required
– Ability to safely set-up and comfortably operate on ladders will be required
– Responsibility to lock-up as needed will be required
– Proficiency with painting tools will be required
Work Hours & Benefits:
– Mon – Fri 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM daily
– Saturdays may be required depending on rain/schedule delays
– 90-Day Sign-On Bonus
– “Project completion bonuses” and “Positive client feedback bonuses” also offered

Home Improvement Specialist
Are you someone who enjoys working on a variety of areas and skills, being a jack of all trades?
Do you have a wide knowledge base and a taste for changing up your projects to keep things fresh?
Join us as we work to make some of the greatest homes in Milwaukee look their absolute best, inside and out.
Job Responsibilities:
– Prepares for projects daily by arriving slight early (or on-time), moving tools, supplies, ladders, and organizing the work space as needed
– Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, removing old paint, etc.
– Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers, caulks, sealants, top-coats, and more
– Assisting with occasional drywall or carpentry tasks alongside a project leader or carpenter
– Cleans up workspaces and organizes before leaving daily, locking-up as needed
Painter Qualifications/Skills:
– Communicates and works well alongside others or individually
– Performs role responsibilities and approaches challenges with a can-do attitude
– Is a good listener and able to take direction
– Able to think ahead, read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
– Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety
– Is well groomed and has a friendly and helpful demeanor when speaking with clients
